Welcome to my e-portfolio! I am a Penn State student as a biology major, with neuroscience and global health minors. My passion for people, science, and health care has fueled my drive to one day become a scientist physician. I've always been interested in medicine, and as of now, I'd like to specialize in neonatology or pediatrics. My goal is to further our understanding of the diseases and conditions that are so common in children, but also to bring this knowledge to other people who wouldn't have access to those resources otherwise. In order to take what I know and share it, I will need to be able to communicate my ideas and opinions in a way that anyone can understand. I constantly strive for a balance in all aspects of my life, from writing styles, to academic interests, to hobbies. We live in a global community and the only way that we will be able to move forward together is if we can share our ideas with one another. These are just a few of my attempts to improve those communication skills I will be using in the future.
